Privacy & data compliance
Lineage evidence is stored encrypted at rest and visible only to Ministry Legal and the Registrar.
Financial statements and incident logs are restricted to Trustees and Finance, under MFA.
Every read and edit of a member record is written to an audit log reviewable by Council.
Members may request a copy or erasure of their record; erasure does not remove the Register entry required by Charter.
